This is my best image of M31, the Andromeda Galaxy, to date. I attended an Astro-photography conference from Oct 3-6 at the Adirondack Sky Center in Tupper Lake NY and learned how to create images by stacking multiple exposures. The image was created from twenty five 90 second exposures at iso 2000.
This time-lapse was captured on the last evening of the Astro-photography conference at the Adirondack Sky Center in Tupper Lake NY (Oct 3-6). In the foreground you can see the activity at each of the different telescopes arrayed on the lawn. The roll-off roof building is in the back to the right. As you can see the sky was clear most of the evening but the clouds chased us all away by about 1am.

First attempt at a Milky Way time-lapse. The clouds took over after a while but the results were promising! (remote section of NJ Pine Barrens)
Milky Way time-lapse with a guest appearance by the International Space Station (Lincoln County Wisconsin)
This time-lapse was taken on the shore of Lake Michigan looking east. The light pollution on the horizon is from cities across the lake in Michigan. Unfortunately, this was before I bought a lens heater to prevent condensation. (Newport State Park, Door County Wisconsin)
